"Needed property prepared for new pole style garage installation. Neil and Elliot removed more than a dozen stumps burying them on my property,cut in a new driveway and leveled pad for garage. "OK, I've hired A LOT of contractors for various reasons over the years with mostly good experiences. Neil & Elliot from Heart Shake Land Clearing and Excavation communicate and operate at a totally different level than anything I've ever experienced! Terms like authenticity, exceptional communication, knowledge, trustworthiness, fairness and caring are all accurate when describing these guys. The first order of business for them when reviewing the landscape on my property for the site prep needed for my ne 24X48 pole barn was "how can we accomplish the site prep needed while making as little impact on the beauty of the natural property as possible." Our property is a 1936 built log cabin on 12 acres of mature forest, so aesthetics matter a great deal. I didn't even bring up the desire to maintain the aesthetics, but Neil and Elliot did which shows they truly care about the right things! The project called for 2-3 inches within trued grade-Neil and Elliot got the site prepped within 1/2 an inch!!!!! It looks beautiful!
