Why Proper Site Prep and Drainage Matter Before You Build in TN

A lot of people focus on what goes up. The building, the pad, the structure itself. But around here in Tennessee, what happens underneath and around that structure is just as important - sometimes more so.

Water doesn't forgive bad grading. If the ground around your building isn't sloped and shaped correctly from the start, you're looking at drainage problems that work against your foundation, your driveway, and everything else on the site.
